The continuing success of Nedschroef depends largely on our ability to recruit and nurture the best talent in all areas of our operations. We want to attract & retain the best of the best. This was the start of a journey to define and re-establish our leadership position in the world of fasteners. To position Nedschroef as the employer of our choice in all our markets, we needed a strong and consistent brand and brand expression.
In 2014, we initiated a collaborative project between Marketing Communication Department & Human Resource in Nedschroef with LinkedIn to strengthen your employer brand & engage candidates. After almost a year, Nedschroef is selected as one of the best case by LinkedIn. We have benchmarked when it comes to employer branding & recruitment among our competitors.
In May, Nedschroef was once again invited to present the success story to a diverse audience by LinkedIn @ De Hallen Studio in the Amsterdam. There was around 50HR professionals various organizations. Amit Biswas (click to view his profile), Specialist New Media and Anna-Lena Buresch (click to view her profile), Group HR Generalist, our colleague from Marketing Communication and Human Resources department respectively, were present to showcase the whole journey. Also, our colleague, Natasja de la Fosse, Human Resources Manager from Nedschroef Helmond B.V. also actively recruiting via LinkedIn.
